- What types of products do you sell?
We sell clothing (sweatshirts, hoodies, Tshirt, etc…) for adults, youth, kids, and babies. Most of our clothings are unisex style and designs. We also have pets products, accessories, home decor.
- Can you personalize or customize the designs?
Yes, we do offer personalized items. Those are listed in the product descriptions.
- Does your shop accept returns/exchange?
Unfortunately no, we do not. For more information please check out our refund policy on the bottom of the homepage.
- Do we get notify when the items are being shipped?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- How often do you add new items?
We are on a schedule add new items at least once a week.
- What is the best way to reach you if we have questions?
You can reach us by instant messaging in the chat box on our homepage or write us an email.
- How often do you offer sales/discounts.
We do offer them occasionally. However, we recommend being on our email list for exclusive promotional discounts. Additionally, when we add limited collections, you will be the first to know.
